About Dayna
A Fun Fact About Dayna
I worked in Animal Kingdom during my Disney College Program in 2017. Working for the WDW company made it even more magical! During my DCP I was able to close out Magic Kingdom and be one of the three last guests in the park. There is nothing more magical than seeing Magic Kingdom empty.
What is your first memory of Disney World?
First memory of Disney: I remember not being tall enough to go on Space Mountain with my older brothers and I was very upset. My grandmother took me to the Confectionary on Main Street and the sweet cast member let me pick any cookie to cheer me up. I forgot all about being upset!
What does a perfect day in a Disney park look like to you?
My perfect Disney day is a full park day from rope drop until the park closes! I love arriving for the hustle and bustle of rope drop with my husband next to me. We always make our way to Space Mountain first! After a few rides we head over to Sleepy Hollow Refreshments for our favorite breakfast item, Fresh Fruit Waffle Sandwich. After some character meet and greets, shows, and more rides, we make sure to watch the Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire and the parade! I love to grab a snack from Casey’s Corner and relax on the hub grass. Lastly, we watch the fireworks on Main Street. (I was actually at the first showing of Happily Ever After that premiered in 2017! The show will always hold a special place in my heart.) After fireworks we like to go ride the People Mover before heading back to our resort to watch Mickey cartoons before bed!
What would you say you specialize in with your planning? What makes you stand out from anyone else?
From working at the parks and going numerous times growing up, I know Disney like the back of my hand. I have great recommendations for snacks and tips and tricks that will save you time and money to make the most of your magical vacation. I am always planning trips to try out new restaurants, rides, and attractions. I have also visited Disneyland in California and honeymooned in Aulani with my husband! I am now a mother and am learning all about how to manage Disney with little ones! Did you know that each Disney Park has a Baby Care Center? They are awesome and perfect for taking care of little ones. Disney truly holds so much of my heart and sharing my love of the company brings me so much joy!
